LETTERS PATENT

GetSkinny, by the Grace of God, of the Principality of Gabon, Queen, Defender of the Realm, to all to whom these Presents shall come, GREETING!

Whereas it is expedient that certain Islands adjacent Our territory separated from it merely by a canal should be annexed to and form part of our Principality of Gabon;

NOW KNOW YOU that We have thought fit, with the Advice of Our Privy Council to issue this Our Royal Proclamation, hereby to publish and declare to all, that We have, with the Advice of Our said Privy Council, granted our Letters Patent, under Our Great Seal of the Principality of Gabon, to declare that, from and after this present day, the said Islands shall be annexed to and form part of Our said Principality and shall be and become subject to the laws in force therein;

And we do publish and declare to all, that We, with the Advice of Our said Privy Council, do erect, within Our lands, a Government, styled and called by the name of the Village of Cottingham, limited and bounded as follows by Our Map of the Village of Cottingham denoted as distinct from Our City of Salisbury by vertical lines;

And We do hereby reserve to Us, Our heirs and successors, full power and authority, from time to time, to revoke, alter, or amend these Our Letters Patent as to Us or Them shall seem fit;

And We do further direct and enjoin that these Our Letters Patent shall be read and proclaimed at such place or places as Our trusty and well-beloved Lord High Chancellor shall think fit within Our said Principality;

And We do further declare that all the powers vested in Our Crown shall be exercisable by Our said Privy Council with respect to all such islands as aforesaid situate in that part of the Principality of Gabon where We grant and authorise their use.

In witness whereof We have caused these Our letters to be made Patent.

WITNESS Ourself at Balmoral, the 24th day of June, in the 1st year of Our reign.
